The Vid21 Arowbe web site serves as a viral peer marketing tool where users get to interact with the content and each other in an environment of creativity and self expression that also allows Arowbe to increase awareness of his music, poetry and point of view. ShareShare: Learning Legacy Project
The Share Learning Legacy Project is a web-based initiative by the Southern First Nations Secretariat and Algonquins of Pikwàkanagàn for the purpose of reawakening and sharing First Nations stories, history and language using the VidKit21 system. Share is an online constrained universe of safe, pre-reviewed, quality First Nations content that the user can explore and collect for inclusion in a personal movie and then share in a safe, social network environment. The Vid21 editor clip bin holds shots of film history's classic sequences ranging from Dziga Vertov’s ‘Man With A Movie Camera’  and Sergei Eisenstein’s ‘Battleship Potemkin’ to John Ford's 'Stagecoach' through to Spike Lee's 'Do the Right Thing'. The user is challenged to reconstruct their most powerful scenario's from a script treatment. How did the trailblazing film director's create a new language pulling us through gut wrenching tension to belly splitting laughter by splicing disparate shots of film together?  Can you unravel and piece together the language of the masters?
